Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the pkbd platform, including all games, betting services, promotional features, and support services made available at https://pkbd.vu (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by pkbd and is intended solely for adult users aged 21 years and above who are accessing the service for personal entertainment purposes. By creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any activity on the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform. These Terms should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pkbd. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

1Eligibility

Use of the pkbd Platform is conditional upon meeting the eligibility requirements set out in this section. pkbd reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any account that fails to meet these requirements.

• 1.1Age Requirement

  You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and access any service offered on the pkbd Platform. pkbd strictly prohibits access to minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pkbd may, at any time, request documentary proof of age and identity. Accounts found to have been registered by or used by individuals under 21 will be permanently closed and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

• 1.2Geographic Restriction

  The pkbd Platform is intended primarily for players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gaming services is lawful in your jurisdiction. pkbd makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Users accessing the Platform from restricted jurisdictions do so entirely at their own risk.

• 1.3Personal Use Only

  Your pkbd account is for your personal use only. You may not allow any third party to access or use your account. You may not open an account on behalf of another person or as a representative, agent, or nominee of another person. Commercial use, resale, or operation of the Platform or any part thereof without express prior written permission from pkbd is strictly prohibited.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pkbd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pkbd does not process transactions in foreign currencies and does not apply any currency conversion to player accounts. The following terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal activity.

• 3.1Accepted Payment Methods

  pkbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile wallets, as well as bank transfers to and from selected Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Sonali Bank. pkbd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

• 3.2Minimum and Maximum Limits

  Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account cashier section. These limits may vary by payment method and may be adjusted by pkbd from time to time. Any transaction submitted below the minimum threshold will be declined and returned to the originating payment method.

• 3.3Withdrawal Processing

  Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval, depending on the payment method selected. pkbd will make reasonable efforts to process withdrawals promptly but accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment service providers, banking system downtime, or force majeure events.

• 3.4Funds Integrity

  You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own name. pkbd does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source will be returned in full and the relevant account may be suspended pending investigation. Funds suspected of being connected with money laundering or other unlawful activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be immediately closed.

5Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkbd Platform. Violation of any of the provisions in this section will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of winnings, and may be reported to the relevant authorities where the conduct involves illegal activity.

• 5.1Fraudulent Activity

  You must not engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct on the Platform including but not limited to: misrepresenting your identity, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, depositing funds using fraudulent payment methods, or providing false documentation during KYC verification.

• 5.2Use of Automated Software

  You must not use any automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other non-human methods to access, interact with, or derive advantage from the Platform or any game hosted on it. Use of such tools constitutes cheating and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• 5.3Collusion and Match Fixing

  You must not collude with other players, engage in chip dumping, or participate in any form of match fixing or result manipulation in connection with any game or betting market on the Platform. Any suspicion of collusion will trigger an immediate investigation and account freeze pending the outcome of that investigation.

• 5.4Money Laundering

  The pkbd Platform must not be used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. pkbd actively monitors transaction patterns and cooperates fully with relevant authorities where suspicious activity is identified. Any account suspected of involvement in financial crime will be suspended immediately and relevant information reported as required by applicable law.

7Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkbd excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, relating to the Platform and the services provided through it. The following specific limitations apply.

• 7.1Service Availability

  pkbd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or that access will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service provider outages, or events beyond pkbd's reasonable control. pkbd will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from Platform downtime or inaccessibility.

• 7.2Cap on Liability

  To the maximum extent permitted by law, pkbd's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits you have made to your pkbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages howsoever arising.

• 7.3Force Majeure

  pkbd shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, strikes, internet infrastructure failures, or actions of third-party service providers.

9Privacy and Data Protection

pkbd collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with pkbd, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. pkbd implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption to protect your personal and financial data. 11Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. pkbd encourages players to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. pkbd is committed to dealing with all complaints fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to a binding dispute resolution process. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law.
